  5. Create compelling property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials.">
  6. Utilise various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, signage and print media to promote properties.">
  7. Monitor and analyse real estate market trends to identify sales opportunities and inform pricing strategies.">
  8. Actively source, qualify, and manage leads through the sales pipeline, including coordinating and conducting property viewings.">
  9. Guide clients through the purchasing or leasing process, negotiate offers, and provide informed advice on market conditions, pricing, financing options, legal processes, and closing requirements.">
