Manufacturing Supervisor Job OverviewWe are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our toolroom team. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machines and manual machinery, as well as strong technical support skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day manufacturing activities including preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and new projects.
  • Operate and supervise work using CNC machines (EDM, Wire Eroder, CNC mill/lathe) and manual machinery (grinders, lathes, drills, welders).
  • Ensure tools are production-ready and meet quality standards.
  • Provide technical support to production departments.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting skill development.
  • Maintain records and participate in project launches.
  • Uphold safety standards and 5S practices.

Requirements:
  • Proven background in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong CNC and manual machining skills.
  • Experience working with precision assemblies and heat treatment processes.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing environments.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to make confident decisions under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
