Mep Cad Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MEP CAD Technician to join our team and contribute to the creation of detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

About The Role

  • Collaborate with MEP engineers and designers to produce accurate and complete drawings that meet project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
  • Manage drawing documentation, revisions, and updates throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest information.
  • Participate in design team meetings, providing technical input and solutions to drive project success.
  • Support coordination efforts with other disciplines, including structural and architectural teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Key Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an MEP CAD Technician within the building services or construction industry, with a strong understanding of MEP design principles and coordination processes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) and familiarity with Revit/BIM 360 (desirable), with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, clients, and contractors, with a team player attitude and ability to work under pressure.
