Job Description

As Guest Relations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the hotel achieves the Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets. You will be responsible for delivering excellent care to our guests, maintaining a consistently high level of security throughout the hotel, and ensuring that guest feedback is acted upon promptly.

You will also be required to carry out two audits per shift to ensure LHQA is achieved by all team members and complete a full handover at the start and end of each shift.
