ERP IT Implementation Specialist Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a seasoned ERP IT implementation specialist to oversee the strategic rollout of a new enterprise resource planning system. This key position involves leveraging technical expertise to drive business growth through efficient system implementation.

  • Manage infrastructure, software, licenses, and access with a focus on security and compliance.
  • Oversee system stability, backups, security, and maintainance protocols.
  • Optimize tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM, and finance platforms for streamlined performance.
  • Lead the ERP implementation: contribute to ERP system evaluation and selection, manage data migration, testing, training, and post-launch adoption strategies.
  • Provide responsive IT support across the organization, maintaining internal ticketing systems and documentation.
  • Implement cybersecurity controls, centralize admin rights, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Identify and implement smart integrations and automations to drive integration and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in IT roles with progressive responsibility and ERP or business system implementation experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, CRM, and cloud platforms.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity, licensing, vendor management, and system maintenance best practices.
