SHEQ Coordinator Role

The SHEQ Coordinator is a vital position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, environment, and quality management across all our operations.

Job Description:

This role involves undertaking regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective actions. You will also be responsible for investigating incidents, dangerous occurrences, and near misses, and providing recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will prepare and present statistics related to health and safety, advise staff on best practices, and source, plan, and deliver training as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise staff on all aspects of health and safety management systems and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a construction health and safety/environmental & quality related role.
  • Previous experience of ISO 14001 and Constructionline is desirable.
  • Good IT skills, including producing RAMS and Coshh Assessments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible working approach.
