About the SHEQ Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. As a specialist in Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of these systems are delivered to the highest standard.

The role will involve:

  • Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Investigating incidents, reporting on safety performance, and providing advice to site and office-based staff
  • Preparing statistics and reports to inform management decisions
  • Developing and delivering training programs to employees to enhance their knowledge and skills
  • Promoting a health and safety culture across all levels of the organization

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a construction health and safety/environmental & quality related role
  • NEBOSH qualification
  • Experience with ISO 14001 and Constructionline
  • Strong IT skills and ability to deliver presentations
  • Knowledge of health and safety, environmental, energy, and quality management systems
