We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Solutions Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs of our clients, ensuring that requirements are accurately documented, allowing our technical teams to implement the defined solution.
About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be able to utilize your analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend possible solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements by understanding current business needs, identifying gaps, and recommending possible solutions.
- Conduct feasibility assessments of client requirements against existing functions.
- Analyze system possibilities that meet client requirements and assess the effort required.
- Determine stakeholders and establish areas for additional stakeholder involvement.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest refinements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of analysis experience.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile SAFE methodology in Enterprise Jira and Confluence.
- Proven track record of gathering customer requirements and translating them into business solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
