Job Overview

The Group Commercial team seeks a detail-oriented professional to join our Commercial Analytics and Data Insights team.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for data storytelling, dashboard development, and commercial performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by delivering actionable insights through Power BI dashboard reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support commercial decision-making.
  • Deliver commercial insights and reporting at a group level, ensuring alignment across all regions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable data solutions.
  • Assist in the development of automated reporting processes.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support cross-functional taskforces focused on aligning KPIs across regions.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance with internal standards.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analyst role, ideally within the retail and/or FMCG industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query essential.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data modelling.
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python a plus.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective data visualisations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded individual, with a strong understanding of how data drives business performance and decision-making.
