Job Title: Connectivity Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Connectivity Officer.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on the day-to-day usage of CFS connectivity media and portal, providing support on their connectivity setup, assisting clients in finding a solution to technical issues, training clients on the CFS connectivity products, and building trust and loyalty of customers by taking a client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Advisory Services: Provide expert advice to clients on the optimal use of CFS connectivity media and portal.
  • Connectivity Support: Offer timely and effective support to clients on their connectivity setup, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Product Training: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients on the CFS connectivity products, empowering them to maximize their benefits.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), with French and/or German being an asset.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office applications and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
