As a Regional Development Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting volunteer-led fundraising efforts across Ireland.

Your Responsibilities: Build and nurture relationships with local volunteer fundraising Branches.
Provide administrative and operational support to Branches, ensuring best practices are followed.
Partner with volunteers to coordinate successful fundraising events and campaigns.
Recruit, train, and develop volunteers to empower them in achieving their goals.
Create and manage engaging social media content to boost awareness and engagement.
Own income targets, track fundraising activities, and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
Research and develop innovative fundraising opportunities tailored to Branch needs.

Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking, time management, and planning capabilities.
People Person: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate volunteers.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally work evenings or weekends.
