Job Title: Regional Development Officer

Support local communities in their fundraising efforts by working closely with volunteer branches. This role involves maintaining relationships, providing administrative support, and ensuring best practice is followed.

  • Maintain strong relationships with volunteer branches and be responsive to their needs.
  • Support branches with their administrative requirements.
  • Ensure volunteers adhere to best practice guidelines.

This position requires collaboration with the Fundraising Team Lead to help branches achieve their targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and/or fundraising roles, a proven track record of delivering results, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will take ownership of income targets for volunteer fundraising branches, manage profit and loss responsibility, and maintain accurate data records. They will also demonstrate a commitment to excellence, integrity, and teamwork, as well as a passion for improving the lives of people with disabilities and their families.
