Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to assume a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between our customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient order management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both customers and internal teams.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support the team in achieving optimal performance in cost efficiency, service levels, and responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Manage the full order process, including customer pricing and invoice queries.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate the completion of enquiry forms for new customer specifications and oversee the customer sample approval process.
  • Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes and meet specific customer stock requirements.
  • Request and manage materials for traded products as needed.
  • Conduct customer site visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer service or internal sales role, preferably within a manufacturing or B2B environment.
  • A third-level degree in Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including experience with order processing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A high level of attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
