Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role involves providing excellent service to customers, assisting the shop manager and team with day-to-day operations, and managing cash procedures. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service through a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach.
  • Team Support: Assist the shop manager and team with day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the business, guiding the team, and overseeing cash handling procedures.
  • Training and Development: Develop skills by managing on occasion, leading to further career opportunities.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer bets accurately and efficiently via multiple channels.
  • Shop Presentation: Maintain high-quality shop presentation standards throughout the day.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety, compliance, and social responsibility protocols.
