Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a keen interest in the sporting industry.

The successful candidate will assist the Shop Manager and team with daily tasks, step up and guide shop operations in their absence, and manage the shop on occasion. They will also combine working in a retail environment with training and supports to continuously upskill and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with daily tasks.
  • Step up and guide shop operations in their absence.
  • Manage the shop on occasion.
  • Combine working in a retail environment with training and supports.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach.
  • Accept and process customer bets accurately and efficiently using betting terminals and EPOS systems.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, introducing customers to our multi-channel/digital journey.
  • Work under pressure, remaining calm and constantly seeking ways to improve yourself and the shop.
  • Maintain high-quality shop presentation standards throughout your working day.
