Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to take on a challenging role as part of our Customer Advisor team.

Your primary function will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional support for leading brands, delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The Role:
  • A full-time permanent position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Providing relevant advice to customers through various channels including phone calls, email, post, webchat, and social media platforms
  • Solving complex problems for customers using knowledge gained in training
  • Utilizing systems and tools effectively to handle customer inquiries
  • Maintaining high levels of service quality and efficiency
  • Contributing to overall team performance within your specialized department
  • Ensuring adherence to data protection and confidentiality laws
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior customer service experience is an asset but not essential
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in written & spoken English
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • A proven ability to deal with complex problems and solve them effectively
