
Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a Part Time Supervisor to lead by example, embrace our entrepreneurial spirit, and help deliver outstanding service and a consistent store experience that supports our brands and business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand, with prior people management experience and the ability to resolve conflict and disagreements.
- Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit.
- Support the management team in managing all personnel, product, and merchandising functions, business processes, and results for the store.
- Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
- Clearly communicate to staff all marketing and sales promotions.
The successful candidate will drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team to achieve these goals, while offering customers an exemplary store journey.
Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
Support the team in delivering the business strategy and ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
Achieve company standards for personal sales results: sales vs budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.
Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening/closing and the sales floor.
Foster quality relationships with internal and external customers.
Ensure staff accountability in building a repeat customer base by providing attentive and spirited service.
Implement and apply visual merchandising directives for the sales floor and back room.
QualificationsThe following qualifications are essential:
- Previous supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
- Prior people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict and disagreements.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with ease.
- Ability to work well with change and adapt quickly.
