About the RoleThis role involves working closely with customers, processing reservation requests, and providing top-class training on customer experience enhancement. You will learn about the hospitality world, develop effective time management skills, and become an expert on Marriott's global reservation systems.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written skills, adaptability, and a passion for problem-solving. You must also have strong communication skills, be able to build rapport easily, and enjoy diversity.
