Creating Amazing Customer Experiences

We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team. As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating an engaging shopping environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with a personalized experience, offering product recommendations and ensuring they have an enjoyable shopping journey
  • Maintain a well-organized store floor, including merchandise displays and stockroom areas
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling queries and returns in a friendly and professional manner
  • Support the receiving and unpacking of new deliveries, ensuring products are accurately priced and presented on the shop floor

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive store environment
  • Organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Interest in fashion and a willingness to learn about new products and trends
