We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for standardizing and centralizing the end-to-end registration, enrolment, and attendance tracking processes for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline manual processes and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Develop and implement high-impact onboarding programs and experiences
  • Work collaboratively with the Onboarding Operations team to create seamless onboarding enablement events from end to end
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and planning skills, as well as a systematic approach to problem-solving. You should also have experience working with spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, and be proficient in data entry, data scrubbing, formatting data to fit templates, vlookups, and pivot tables.

A strong written communication and listening skills are essential, as well as good presentation and verbal communication skills. You should also be able to work independently under general direction, and be able to multi-task and open to taking on a variety of different types of tasks.
