Job Title: Process Technician

This is a critical role in our organization where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining process equipment. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the production process by ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude with a focus on processing characteristics and parameters for various materials. They will also have at least 2 years' experience and relevant qualifications such as a Polymer Technology Apprenticeship qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tool changes and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of equipment
  • Testing batch quality to ensure consistency and compliance with standards
  • Reporting equipment malfunctions to enable prompt repair and minimize downtime
  • Working a flexible shift system to meet business needs
