Site Services Manager Role

As a Site Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients. This role involves overseeing all activities on-site, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and grow our service offerings, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects and managed services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overall accountability for all on-site activities.
  • Developing and growing our site services offering in collaboration with our sales team and EDL.
  • Responsible for on-site project delivery, including resource allocation, budgeting, and timeliness.
  • Leading a team of associates on-site to support engineers with development and career progression.
  • Measuring and reporting team performance to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring safety and quality actions are addressed in a timely manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A science or engineering degree qualification.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in related fields are desirable.
  • Excellent cross-functional people management skills.
