Job Title: Senior Tendering Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for tendering on large-scale projects across various sectors, including pharmaceutical, life sciences, construction, and more. This role offers exposure to a wide range of expertise and the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills as responsibilities grow and evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full tender process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with specifications.\
  • Liaise with relevant parties, including project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.\
  • Inform senior management of bid prospects and progress.\
  • Attend pre- and post-tender interviews to discuss project requirements and outcomes.\
  • Assemble sub-contract quotes, guaranteeing adherence to project specifications.\
  • Collaborate with industry leaders to deliver high-quality results and contribute to a sustainable future.\
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to drive business growth and success.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance job performance.\
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Engineering or related field.\
  • Trade background or equivalent experience.\
  • Experience in pharmaceutical projects is beneficial but not essential.\
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and planning skills.\
  • Proficiency in MS Office systems and other software applications.\
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and personal development.\
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.\
