Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage. They will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers, source and screen candidates through various channels, write and post job adverts to attract qualified applicants, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and provide updates to candidates and clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit top talent across multiple industries and sectors.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Write and post compelling job descriptions to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and provide updates to candidates and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a sales-oriented role.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
