Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Store Operations Manager to manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, and cash handling. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and teamwork skills with experience in managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations to maintain high standards of hygiene and food preparation.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to strict hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and control costs including labor and inventory expenses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills with experience in managing a team.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • Fully flexible with availability to work Monday to Sunday.
  • Previous experience in catering restaurant or take-away sector an advantage.
