We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage construction projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the successful delivery of projects within defined timelines and budget constraints.
  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to develop accurate project scopes and specifications.
  • Monitor project expenditures and make adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, permits, and industry standards.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to mitigate their impact.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and prepare regular status reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification in a field such as design, civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and project management tools is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of construction codes and safety regulations would be advantageous.
