Senior Employment Lawyer

Barden is partnering with a well-established law firm to recruit an Employment Law Solicitor. The successful candidate will join a team providing strategic advice and practical solutions to clients across the public and private sectors, working on diverse caseloads of employment law matters including:
- Advising employers through investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and termination of employment.
- Guiding employers on protected disclosures, transfer of undertakings, employment equality, and unfair dismissals.
- Representing employers (primarily) and employees before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts.
- Drafting, negotiating, and advising on contracts, policies, and termination agreements.
The team also supports public and private sector clients on data protection and regulatory matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A qualified Solicitor with at least 6-7 years PQE.
- In-depth knowledge of employment matters (employee or employer experience welcomed).
- Data protection advisory experience is advantageous but not required.
- An ability to handle a caseload independently and work as part of a team.
- A commercial and practical approach to legal issues.
- Mid-senior level role in a reputable law firm.
- Full-time employment opportunity.
