About the Role

  • The successful candidate will provide support to our wider engineering team in areas of building compliance using IES software, development of improvement pathway reports for BERs, and valuations at point of sale.
  • They will assist our building performance team through creation of digital twins.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • Producing accurate building simulation models.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with building owners, design, construction, and operational teams.
  • Understanding the role of each team member in achieving targets and communicating it effectively.
  • Managing own workload to meet project deadlines.
  • Producing reports and providing advice and guidance to clients and project teams.
  • Attending site visits to review progress against sustainability targets.
  • Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes and distributing actions.
  • Completing relevant training to become certified as an assessor against one of the core assessment methodologies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Relevant experience in a similar modeller or consultancy role within the built environment industry.
  • Educational background within an engineering field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
