Lead Tagging Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of tagging specialists, overseeing the end-to-end tagging processes for web and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have experience in tag management systems, website and media campaigns, as well as web and campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the tagging operations team, providing direction and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement robust processes for web and campaign tagging to ensure data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from marketing, analytics, development, and IT to align tagging operations with business objectives.
  • Support leadership with operational reporting and decision-making.
Essential Requirements:
  • Around 12-15 years of experience in managing and mentoring a team of tagging and analytics professionals is preferred.
  • Experience in tag management, web analytics, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium).

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while also continuously seeking opportunities to enhance tagging processes and methodologies.

This role involves strategic thinking and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. The selected individual will have the ability to motivate and guide their team to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
  • Demonstrated expertise in tag management systems, web analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
