Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all renewals are handled in line with agreed protocols and procedures.
- Achieve individual income targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Adhere to all agreed processes in all matters.
- Effectively manage aged debt and premium collection.
- Comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) qualification in Commercial General Insurance.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Commercial Insurance role.
- Proven ability to work within a team environment.
- Strong market, product, and technical knowledge.
- Meticulous, organized, and excellent communication skills required.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
