Beauparc is looking for a skilled Accounts Payable manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the accounts payable function and providing guidance and leadership to the team.

**Key Responsibilities:


* Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring clear communication of responsibilities and providing guidance, training, and development when required.
* Proactively work with stakeholders to ensure that all processes and procedures are followed.
* Assist and drive ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives within the accounts payable function.
* Ensure that procedures are fully documented and regularly reviewed.
* Oversee the continuous development of the team through training and coaching.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 4 years' experience in an accounts payable environment, including experience in a management capacity of the AP function.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in managing change, implementing new procedures, and re-engineering processes.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.
* Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Accounting software.
* Ability to work in a busy environment with strict deadlines.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
