Job Title: Hiring Manager Partner

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Dublin. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract focusing on developing strategic partnerships.

This role plays a key part in fostering an environment of collaboration and inclusion for our staff. You will work closely with leaders at multiple levels to develop forward-looking strategies and goals focused on partnership development.

The team delivers personalized support to amplify the voice of staff members. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and other teams to innovate, implement, and deploy strategies from talent management, performance assessment, compensation, employee relations, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult, coach, and develop leadership through decision-making with empathy and sound judgment.
  • Foster and role model a culture of inclusion for all staff members.
  • Advocate for staff needs through end-to-end experiences that help staff feel fully engaged in their work and valued for who they are.
  • Exercise high-judgment, manage through ambiguity, and serve as first point of escalation for staff concerns.
  • Support staff queries and situations with discretion and expertise, navigating organizational policies and applying high judgment as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant Human Resources Generalist experience.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • Coaching and consulting skills.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Employee Relations/Investigations experience.
  • Possess conviction and tenacity, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrives in a high-pressure, ambiguous environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
  • Intellectual curiosity; brings insight to team and business.
  • Ability to demonstrate high-judgment, empathy, autonomy, and flexibility.
