Job DescriptionAs a Retail Assistant, you'll be making our customers' day every day. Your main responsibility will be to provide an exceptional customer experience by assisting them with purchases, returns, and other queries.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, processing transactions, and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Assist with visual merchandising tasks such as setting up shop displays, replenishing stock, and maintaining a tidy store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till point, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Contribute to the team's efforts to achieve sales targets by suggesting products, offering recommendations, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a positive atmosphere in-store.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Team player with high levels of motivation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Interest in fashion and the latest trends, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of the curve.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment is desirable but not essential.
