Order-to-Cash Operations Specialist

Job Description

As an Order-to-Cash Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex processes to ensure seamless order processing for a global region. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning all activities with established guidelines and policies.

The successful colleague is required to attend the office 1-2 times every week, and additionally whenever needed for system changes, training, activities, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations to ensure timely delivery of orders and meet established turnaround times and standards.
  • Process enterprise customer orders and adjustments in accordance with established procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders via email and phone to resolve order processing issues and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records and update order tracking systems to reflect current status.
  • Analyze operational data to respond to stakeholder queries or disputes and present findings to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support sales teams in achieving revenue goals through efficient back-office functions.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience, with 2-5 years in an order-to-cash or shared services environment.
  • Proficiency with productivity applications and platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • High level of accuracy in managing processes, conducting audits, and preparing reports to maintain quality standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify issues quickly, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
  • Superior time management skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
