Business Transformation Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Professional to join our high-profile transformation initiative focused on the implementation of Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and document business processes for implementation on Dynamics 365, working closely with Design Leads, Business SMEs, and Technical Delivery teams.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain User Stories to translate high-level design requirements into deliverable functionality.
  • Support the alignment of business processes with programme objectives and ensure traceability of requirements through to delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
  • Contribute to solution design reviews, testing activities, and change management to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business process design and requirements gathering within financial services or large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage User Stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Mural is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
