Experienced construction professionals are required to manage and coordinate the development of commercial projects in Cork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and within budget completion.

• Represent the company on-site and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and clients.

• Oversee site operations, ensuring quality standards are met, programme milestones achieved, and health & safety protocols followed.

• Manage supply chain procurement and delivery procedures.

• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and the site labour force.

• Ensure compliance with planning permissions and building regulations.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing industrial projects in Ireland or the UK.

• Strong technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent team-building and leadership skills.
