Optimizing Industrial Processes

We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Process Optimization Specialist to drive excellence in our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in delivering high-impact technical support and process development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective process controls for robust and repeatable commercial product manufacturing.
- Maximize manufacturing process performance through LEAN SIGMA methodology, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Apply a scientific approach to problem-solving, combining analytical and experimental skills to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate Engineering work and designs against industry standards, including GMP, QA/Regulatory Authority, and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new processes and provide technical support for new product introductions, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Analyze data and implement process improvements using statistical tools and six sigma techniques.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a responsible Manufacturing Engineering/Process Development role within the Agri or similar industry.
- Possess Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification, with a proven track record of Lean Manufacturing implementation.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering, with a strong understanding of industrial processes and optimization techniques.
