HR Business Partner Role

This role is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave in the team.

The HR Business Partner will report to and support the Chief People Officer, providing key teams with HR advisory/coaching experience and proficient skills in people management and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide partners and managers with advice and guidance on best practices for all day-to-day related HR matters.
  • Handle employee relation matters timely, ensuring sensitive and appropriate handling of disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Implement the performance review process, training, supporting, and counselling all partners, managers, and employees throughout.
  • Work with partners and heads of department to understand talent needs, liaising with the recruitment team as necessary to ensure the right talent and capabilities are in place.
  • Act as a point of contact for the Commercial department regarding annual compensation planning, policy queries, exit interviews, and follow-up.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years' experience as a HRBP in a professional services or client service delivery environment with direct reporting to senior management essential.
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Windows suite.
  • 3rd Level Qualification is essential, HR (including CIPD) being a distinct advantage.

The ideal candidate will influence senior leaders, nurturing strong relationships at all levels and across functions. They will have excellent communication, presentation, and representation skills, experienced in working with a wide range of senior stakeholders both internal and external.

They will be proactive in identifying and implementing new initiatives that deliver process improvements and enhance the culture in the firm.
