Key Role in Client Lifecycle Management

The Configuration Analyst plays a crucial role in the Functional Delivery team, delivering end-to-end Client Lifecycle Management solutions.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product and configure it according to client requirements.
  • Validate functional configuration changes as expected and update Azure DevOps accordingly.
  • Support client validation process and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Collaborate with Product Team on product requirements and support defect triage throughout delivery process.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in offering design solutions and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic and ambitious to learn and progress within fast-paced FinTech environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and team player mentality.
