We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations professional to join our hotel in Galway.

5-Star Guest Relations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the acknowledgment of all Top VIP guests visiting the property, ensuring unique, memorable and personal experiences.

  • Establishing Guest Relations awareness programs for employees with a focus on Guest Preference Pads and the conviction that each and every employee is part of the Guest Relations Team.
  • Teaching and continuously energizing the Guest Relations processes and the importance of personalising our service throughout the property.
  • Maintaining the VIP treatment plan over the hotel and ensuring it is respected.
  • Managing all guest feedback received from all channels both online and offline, ensuring trends are swiftly identified and information is appropriately shared internally.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Relations Awareness: Develop and implement awareness programs for employees to enhance their understanding of Guest Relations.
  • Guest Preferences: Manage Guest Preference Pads to ensure personalized experiences for VIP guests.
  • VIP Treatment Plan: Maintain and respect the VIP treatment plan across the hotel.
  • Guest Feedback: Collect, analyze, and share guest feedback to improve internal processes.
