Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the technology strategy and roadmap for various business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy and roadmap that aligns with business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements
  • Design and develop scalable architectures and solutions to resolve complex business problems in line with industry best practices
  • Lead high-performing teams on AI-driven projects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in multiple aspects of Software Engineering, with a particular focus on enterprise-scale, cloud-native solutions
  • Extensive experience in cloud computing and modern software and cloud architectures
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a technical leadership role, working at a senior level in a complex, multi-platform distributed environment
  • Experience in architecting complex, scalable solutions and designs, using multiple technologies and processing environments
  • Demonstrable experience designing and building AI-based solutions and/or AI platforms at scale
  • Familiarity with experiment tracking tools and automated ML workflows
