You will be responsible for:

  • Empowering Service Users to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Developing and delivering person-centred plans to support the development of Service Users.
  • Building partnerships with stakeholders to promote active citizenship.
  • Providing transport services to enable Service Users to access the community.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a relevant QQI qualification - minimum Level 5 in Healthcare or a related field.

  • Be over 18 years old.
  • Have a full clean manual driving license with access to own vehicle for work purposes.
  • Have excellent command of spoken and written English.
