Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) auditing program. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategic approaches to minimize risk to employees, operations, and the environment.

  • Lead global EHS audits for the EMEA region, including scheduling, planning, and coordination of audit activities.
  • Manage EHS audit data within the GEHS management system, generating metrics, trending data, and reporting results to senior management.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class EHS audit practices, frameworks, and policies to enhance compliance and minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to represent EHS objectives and deliver strategic outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in EHS-related field or engineering, plus 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in EHS-related field or engineering, plus 8-10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in implementing EHS regulations, conducting audits, and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to successfully manage projects and programs according to schedule and budget.
