Financial Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled revenue management professional to oversee the financial aspects of clinical trial projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate revenue recognition, financial forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Recognition: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and project milestones by effectively managing the revenue recognition process.
  • Financial Analysis: Collaborate with project teams to monitor financial performance, including revenue, FTE requirements, unbilled position.
  • Audit Compliance: Deliver all required audit documentation and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and develop direct reports, minimizing personal involvement in detailed processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive financial efficiencies across revenue management activities.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional Certifications: CPA or similar qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience: Proven experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or accounting, preferably within a clinical research or healthcare setting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting requirements.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with financial management systems and tools, with strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Leadership Skills: Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage financial teams.
