Job Title: Revenue Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team.

This is a key role that requires strong financial expertise and excellent analytical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the revenue recognition process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and project milestones.

  • Manage revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with project teams to monitor financial performance, including revenue, FTE requirements, unbilled position.
  • Ensure delivery of all required audit documentation and full compliance with SoX requirements.
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports, as well as wider teams through them, minimising personal involvement in detailed processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive financial efficiencies across revenue management activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • CPA or similar qualification an advantage.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, financial analysis or accounting, preferably in clinical research or healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial management systems and tools, with proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, able to collaborate across departments and manage financial teams.
