
Revenue Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will oversee the revenue management and financial reporting processes for clinical trial projects. Your role will involve ensuring accurate revenue recognition, financial forecasting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain the financial integrity of projects.
Revenue Recognition
You will manage the revenue recognition process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and project milestones.
Financial Performance Monitoring
You will collaborate with project teams to monitor financial performance, including revenue, FTE requirements, unbilled position.
Audit Compliance
You will deliver all required audit documentation and ensure full and effective compliance with SoX requirements.
Financial Control
You will ensure compliance with internal financial controls and contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
Team Development
You will mentor and develop direct reports, as well as wider team members, through the direct reports, minimizing the need for personal involvement in detailed processes other than at a supervisory and/or escalation level.
Process Improvement
You will identify opportunities for process improvements and drive financial efficiencies across revenue management activities.
Bachelor's Degree
You should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A CPA or similar qualification is an advantage.
Proven Experience
You should have proven experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or accounting, ideally within a clinical research or healthcare setting.
Knowledge of Revenue Recognition Principles
You should have strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting requirements.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
You should have excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills
You should have experience with financial management systems and tools, with strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
Leadership and Communication Skills
You should have effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage financial teams.
