Job Title:

SAP Technical Service Management Expert

">Job Description:
  • As a Technical Landscape Owner, your key responsibilities will include aligning with customers to plan and operate their technical landscapes.
  • You will work closely with the customer to ensure high availability of their services by supporting service restoration in critical situations.
  • Additionally, you will analyze and investigate issues, creating root cause analyses as the foundation for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or comparable field.
  • Background in SAP technology, with excellent knowledge in SAP NetWeaver Administration and Operations, and cross-dependencies like integration.
  • Knowledge of the entire technology stack, including application, database, and server management, and the ability to analyze system architectures.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in operating systems installations is required.
