Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our ultra-low latency support team as a Technical Support Professional.

You will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support for all trading, operational, and support systems within the team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of technical systems and applications, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

">

Key Responsibilities include addressing queries and investigating issues, acting as primary escalation point, troubleshooting and optimizing proprietary applications, performing real-time monitoring, responding to hardware failures or software crashes, deploying and reviewing changes to the production trading environment, collaborating with development and engineering teams, and more.
