Job Overview:
Our debt capital markets team is one of the largest in Ireland, led by highly experienced partners and recognised for complex international mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debt capital markets lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE, gained in a corporate law firm or in-house company.
- Proven experience working on debt capital markets transactions, including loan portfolio disposals, securitisations, CLOs, Eurobond issuances, and structured debt.
- Familiarity with regulations like the Securitisation Regulation, Market Abuse Regulation, Transparency Directive, and Prospectus Regulation.
Requirements:
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage competing demands and deadlines while working independently and within a team.
