About the Role:

">

The successful candidate will join an experienced team of lawyers who work collaboratively on complex mandates. The role involves acting for issuers, originators, lead managers, arrangers, rating agencies and trustees on debt capital market issuances and structured finance matters globally.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Aiding clients with public market and retained residential mortgage backed securitisations">
  • Assisting with synthetic securitisations, CLOs, loan originator platforms, regulatory capital issuances, high yield debt issuances, Eurobond issuances, debt programmes and private placements">
  • Supporting financial markets infrastructure, bridge and warehouse financing, securitisation take-outs and regulatory issues">

  • Strong academic credentials, analytical, technical and drafting skills required">
  • High levels of commercial and business awareness needed">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills essential">
  • Mastery of competing demands and deadlines necessary">
